Hi, I’m Emma — a wellness therapist with a deep passion for natural healing. My journey into holistic health began when a curiosity of essential oils led me to discover doTERRA essential oils — and I haven’t looked back since.

DOTERRA AromaTouch Massage is a relaxing, rejuvenating massage that features doTERRA Essential Oils to produce a profound and unique whole-body wellness experience.

Loosens Tension – Deep Blue is a very effective oil at relieving the tension built up in your muscles. When used on your back and neck it’s particularly effective at loosening up muscles and releasing tension.

Dr David Hill has picked a very specific & oils for the treatment, one of which is the AromaTouch blend. This oil is a combination of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjarom, Basil, Grapefruit and Lavender. Hot Stones

Hot stones have many benefits, relaxation being just one of them.

They are great for blood flow/circulation, calming effect on Injured muscles, emotional relief, enhanced mobility and more.

Hot stones allow the access to deeper layers of muscle that usually wouldn’t be contracted. This then in turn helps to regain mobility within the joints and muscles, enabling them to function more easily.

Having a hot stones massage during an evening can also help with insomnia or struggling to relax at night. The warmth of the stones and power of doTERRA Essential Oils will help to calm the body and mind, allowing you to let go of wakefulness at bedtime.
